Who is Naruto Uzumaki?
Naruto is a shinobi from Konohagakure, the Village Hidden in the Leaves. The villagers hated him and looked at him with disgust because a demonic beast, the Nine-Tailed Fox, was sealed inside him. Further, the demonic fox rampaged in the village about 12 years prior to the events of the series. The fourth Hokage, along with his wife and many shinobis, lost their lives to protect the village from the beast. The fourth Hokage sealed the beast into Naruto, who was a baby back then. .
Naruto wasn’t good at ninjutsu, and therefore, his classmates made fun of him. But he never gave up, and even after so much hatred, he shined bright like a sun while aiming to become a Hokage. After an eventful night, he mastered the Shadow-Clan and became a Genin. But he was put on the same team with his crush, Sakura Haruno, and his rival, Sasuke Uchiha. The three were under the guidance of one of the greatest shinobis, Kakashi Hatake.
At the beginning of the series, these four didn’t get along well. But as the story continued, they became a strong team and also like a family. However, Sasuke breaks away from the team to get stronger and fulfill his ambitions. Thus, Naruto also seeks on a separate journey to get stronger with Jiraiya. However, Naruto returns to the village as a teenager. But he has bigger problems, ahead like a criminal organization, Akatsuki, and also his friend, Sasuke.
Later in the series, Naruto takes part in the Great Fourth Shinobi War. Throughout this journey, Naruto learned many life lessons from his allies and his enemies. He went through a roller coaster of emotions and also unraveling his parentage. He is actually the son of the fourth Hokage, and he sealed the fox in Naruto, so he could use power in the future to protect the world. Finally, he became the strongest shinobi and also the seventh Hokage. Further, he was always lonely, but now he has a family of his own with a wife and two kids.
How old is Naruto in the Boruto series?
At the start of the original Naruto series, we witnessed the show mentioning Kurama attacked the village twelve years ago. Later, we knew Naruto was born during that attack thus;, he was 12-year-old at the start of the series. Then he went on to his training with one of the Legendary Sanin, Jiraiya. The next series, Naruto Shippuden, takes place after three years, so he is around 16-years old.
Naruto went through a lot as a 16-year-old. Most of the Shippuden takes in a duration of the year, and in this time span, he learned sage mode, developed Rasengan, and befriended Kurama. Then he took part in the Great Shinobi War, which lasted for two days. On the last day of the war, he had his birthday. Even Minato Namikaze, Naruto’s father, wished him a happy birthday for turning seven. It seems so crazy that the entire Shippuden was only a single year for Naruto, whereas for us it was a journey of ten years.
Then the event of “Naruto: The Last” takes place two years after the war, making Naruto 19-years-old. He tied the knot with Hinata Hyuga at the end of that movie, so he was 19 during his marriage, which is a really young age for marriage. We also get to know he had his first kid, Boruto Uzumaki, after a year. Naruto was 21 when he became a father. The latest series is set 12 years after Boruto’s birth, making Naruto Uzumaki aged 33.
